TPG Mobile Account and Order Help

TPG Mobile Account and Order Help

TPG Mobile is a travel eSIM storefront for customers in Singapore. This page explains how to access your account, view order history, receive your eSIM QR code, and top up your data plan. If you have used TPG Mobile services in the past, note that older portal credentials may no longer work, and you may need to set up a new account.

Accessing Your TPG Mobile Account

Your TPG Mobile account is where you manage your travel eSIM purchases. To log in, you will need the email address you used when placing an order. If you have not created a password, or if you have forgotten it, use the account recovery option on the login page. For security, you may also need to verify your identity with a one-time code sent to your email or mobile phone.

If you previously used TPG Mobile’s older portal (for example, at novus.tpgmobile.sg or similar legacy addresses), those credentials may not be valid for the current system. Please try logging in with your email address first. If that fails, create a new account using the same email address. Your order history may not transfer automatically, so keep any confirmation emails you received.

Viewing Your Order History

Once logged in, you can see your past orders under the “Order History” section. Each order will show the plan you purchased, the destination, and the date of purchase. If you cannot find an order, check that you are logged in with the correct email address. If you used a different email, switch accounts or contact customer support for help.

Your order history is useful for re-purchasing a plan for an upcoming trip or for checking details of a previous eSIM. It does not show real-time usage or remaining data-those details are available in the eSIM management app or on the carrier’s network, depending on your plan.

Receiving Your eSIM QR Code

After you buy a travel eSIM from TPG Mobile, you will receive a QR code by email. This QR code is used to install the eSIM profile on your mobile phone. The email usually arrives within a few minutes, but delivery times can vary depending on your email provider and network conditions. Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it.

To install the eSIM, open your phone’s settings, select “Add Mobile Plan” or “Add eSIM,” and scan the QR code. You may need to be connected to Wi-Fi during installation. After installation, keep the QR code in a safe place-you might need it again if you delete the eSIM or switch phones. Note that QR codes can expire or be used only once, so do not share it with others.

Managing Your eSIM Details

Your eSIM profile contains information such as the plan’s validity period, data allowance, and the carrier network you will connect to when travelling. You can view these details in your phone’s settings under “Mobile Plans” or “Cellular.” The exact menu names depend on your device and operating system.

Before departure, ensure that your phone is unlocked and supports eSIM technology. Most newer models do, but compatibility varies by brand and model. Also, enable “Data Roaming” for the eSIM line in your settings, as this is required to connect to overseas networks. If you have trouble connecting on arrival, restart your phone or manually select a network in the settings.

Topping Up Your TPG Mobile eSIM

To add more data to your travel eSIM, log in to your TPG Mobile account and go to the “Top Up” section. You will see the plans available for your destination and the data amounts you can add. After choosing a top-up, complete the payment, and the data will be delivered to your eSIM. Delivery time can vary, so it is best to top up before you travel or when you have Wi-Fi.

If you used a legacy top-up page (such as topup.tpgmobile.sg), note that it may no longer be active. Use the current account portal for all top-ups. If you have an existing eSIM with unused data, a top-up may extend your validity or add to your balance, depending on the plan’s terms. Always check the plan details before purchasing.

What to Do If You Cannot Log In

If you cannot access your account, first try resetting your password. If that does not work, create a new account with the same email address. Your order history may not appear under the new account, but you can still install your eSIM using the QR code from the confirmation email. If you have lost the email, contact customer support with your order number (if you have it) and the email address used for purchase.

For any other issues, such as a QR code not scanning or an eSIM not activating, check that your phone’s software is up to date. If problems persist, reach out to TPG Mobile customer support for assistance. They can guide you through the installation or top-up process.

Remember that TPG Mobile is a storefront for travel eSIMs-it does not own or operate mobile networks. The eSIM you purchase connects to a local network in your destination, and coverage and speed depend on that network and your plan.
