Affiliate Programme Terms

These Affiliate Programme Terms (“Affiliate Terms”) set out the rules for applying to and taking part in the TPG Mobile Affiliate Programme (“Programme”). By submitting an application, using affiliate tools, or promoting TPG Mobile as an affiliate, you agree to these Affiliate Terms and our Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility and enrolment

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
• Your application information must be complete and accurate.
• We may approve, decline, or request more information about an application. Approval is not guaranteed.
• You must keep your account and payout details current and secure.

2. Tracking and attribution

A valid click on your affiliate link starts a tracking window of 30 days. If the visitor creates a verified account during that window, the account may retain ongoing attribution to you for qualifying future orders.

For a transaction, a current valid referral session is considered first; an eligible affiliate coupon is considered next; existing account attribution is used as a fallback. A later valid referral link or affiliate coupon may therefore take precedence over earlier account attribution.

Attribution depends on the visitor's browser, cookies, account activity, and successful tracking. We do not guarantee attribution when cookies are blocked or deleted, links are altered, devices or browsers change without an account sign-in, or tracking is otherwise interrupted. Our records determine attribution unless we identify a clear technical error.

3. Qualifying transactions and commission

The standard base commission rate is currently 5% of the eligible order value. The rate shown in your dashboard is the one that applies to your account; if an individual rate or tier differs from the public base rate, your dashboard is the authority.

A Test Flight free-trial signup that is attributed to you is tracked but does not earn commission on its own. A Test Flight referral earns the current fixed CPA of S$3.00 only after the first successful S$9.99 membership payment following the free trial. The initial S$0 invoice and later membership renewals do not earn additional Test Flight CPA payments.

If an affiliate joins through your recruitment link, the current tier-2 override is 5% of that sub-affiliate's qualifying commission earnings. The override is paid in addition to, and does not reduce, the sub-affiliate's commission.

A qualifying transaction must be genuine, successfully paid, properly attributed, and compliant with these Affiliate Terms. Unless we approve otherwise in writing, no commission is payable for self-referrals, test or duplicate orders, fraudulent activity, cancelled or refunded orders, chargebacks, or transactions generated through prohibited promotion.

Test Flight conversion commission is held for 45 days after the first successful paid membership transaction so we can validate refunds and chargebacks. Other commission may also remain pending while we validate a transaction. We may reject, hold, or reverse commission where reasonably necessary to address refunds, chargebacks, fraud, tracking errors, legal requirements, or a breach of these Affiliate Terms.

4. Permitted promotion

You may promote TPG Mobile through honest editorial content, websites, video, social media, newsletters, podcasts, and communities that you own or are authorised to use. You must:

• describe TPG Mobile, prices, coverage, discounts, and product features accurately;
• keep claims and promotional information current;
• use affiliate links and creative assets as provided or permitted; and
• follow the laws, platform rules, privacy requirements, and advertising standards applicable to your audience.

5. Disclosure requirements

You must clearly disclose your material connection to TPG Mobile close to each endorsement or affiliate link, before or at the point where a person can act on it. The disclosure must be easy to notice and understand. A suitable plain-language example is: “I may earn a commission if you buy through this link, at no extra cost to you.”

6. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• send spam or unsolicited commercial messages;
• make false, misleading, unsubstantiated, or outdated claims;
• use cookie stuffing, hidden frames, forced clicks or redirects, adware, malware, or similar techniques;
• place orders through your own affiliate link or coordinate artificial transactions;
• publish unauthorized coupon codes or claim that a standard offer is exclusive;
• impersonate TPG Mobile or register domains, accounts, or profiles confusingly similar to our brand;
• bid on TPG Mobile names, misspellings, domains, or other branded search terms without prior written approval;
• use misleading browser extensions, pop-ups, toolbars, or automatic link replacement; or
• promote illegal, hateful, deceptive, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful content in connection with the Programme.

7. Brand and intellectual property

While your account is approved, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use approved TPG Mobile names and creative assets solely to participate in the Programme. You may not modify our marks, imply sponsorship beyond the affiliate relationship, or use our intellectual property after participation ends.

8. Coupons, links, and technical tools

You may use dashboard-generated links, approved coupons, banners, pixels, APIs, and postbacks only for legitimate Programme activity. Do not expose secret credentials or use our systems in a way that disrupts service, creates excessive automated traffic, accesses another account, or circumvents security controls.

9. Payouts

You may request a payout when your eligible balance reaches the current minimum of S$50. Available payout methods may include PayPal, USDT, Bitcoin, and bank wire. You are responsible for accurate payout information, any recipient-side fees, and taxes applicable to your earnings.

Approved payout requests are normally processed within five business days, but fraud, identity, sanctions, tax, or other compliance checks and payment-network delays may require additional time. We may request information reasonably needed to complete those checks.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop participating at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Programme for breach, fraud risk, legal or security concerns, prolonged inactivity, or discontinuation of the Programme. On termination, you must stop presenting yourself as a TPG Mobile affiliate and stop using our marks. Eligible undisputed commission accrued before termination remains subject to validation and the payout threshold; commission connected to a breach may be withheld or reversed.

11. Changes to the Programme

We may change rates, thresholds, attribution rules, features, or these Affiliate Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date and, when appropriate, communicated through the dashboard or email. Continued participation after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Affiliate Terms.

12. Confidentiality and data

Non-public commercial, technical, customer, and Programme information must be kept confidential and used only for participation in the Programme. You must not attempt to identify customers from aggregated reporting or collect personal data through our tools except as lawfully permitted. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Disclaimers and liability

The Programme and its tracking tools are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TPG Mobile is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss caused by third-party platforms, networks, or interrupted tracking. Nothing in these Affiliate Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Governing law

These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
