These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the TPG Mobile website and eSIM services. By placing an order or creating an account, you accept these Terms.

1. The Service

TPG Mobile is an eSIM marketplace where you can buy mobile data plans for travel. Once your purchase is complete, we email you a QR code to install the eSIM on your compatible, unlocked device.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. By using TPG Mobile, you confirm you meet these conditions.

3. Placing Orders and Paying

  • Once your payment goes through, we send an email to confirm your order.
  • You'll see prices in the currency you choose, and all applicable fees are included.
  • Stripe handles the payment processing. Your card details are never stored by us.
  • We may cancel any order we suspect is fraudulent.

Test Flight Free-Trial Terms: 1-Day and 3-Day Offers

TPG Mobile Test Flight may be offered with either a 1-day free trial or a 3-day free trial. The standard public offer is the 1-day trial. A 3-day trial applies only when an eligible campaign or affiliate landing page clearly displays that duration. The duration shown on the landing page and recorded when you enrol is the duration that applies to your membership.

  • Your applicable trial period begins when your Test Flight membership is created. The expiry date and time displayed in your dashboard control.
  • We may place a temporary card-verification authorization in the price and currency shown at checkout: US$1, €1, £1, or S$1. This is not a fee and is reversed immediately, although your bank may take several business days to remove the pending hold.
  • You may claim one eligible promotional eSIM during your trial, subject to successful card verification, plan availability, device compatibility, and the one-time-use restriction.
  • If you cancel before the applicable 1-day or 3-day trial ends, no membership fee is charged and the promotional eSIM is deactivated.
  • If you do not cancel before the displayed trial expiry, your membership automatically continues at the price and currency shown at checkout: US$9.99, €9.99, £9.99, or S$9.99 per month. Each successful monthly payment is added to your account as credit valid for 30 days.
  • You may cancel from your dashboard under Settings → Membership. Each customer may receive only one Test Flight free trial and one promotional trial eSIM, regardless of trial duration or campaign.

4. Getting and Activating Your eSIM

  • Right after you buy, we send the QR codes to your email address.
  • You are responsible for checking that your device is eSIM-compatible and unlocked from your carrier.
  • Your plan starts when you first connect to the destination network, and the validity period begins from that moment.
  • Once a plan is installed, you cannot move it to another device.

5. Refunds and Cancelling

Our refund policy can be found at tpgmobile.sg/refund-policy. In summary:

  • You may receive a full refund within 30 days only if the QR code has not been scanned and the eSIM has not been installed or activated.
  • Any device incompatibility or carrier locking must be reported before you scan or attempt to install the eSIM.
  • Once an eSIM is installed or activated, it is non-refundable, even if no data has been used or if a connection problem occurs.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • Resell, give away, or move eSIM plans to another person
  • Using the service for unlawful acts
  • Reverse-engineer or tamper with our systems
  • Give false details when registering or checking out

7. Intellectual Property

All material on TPG Mobile — including text, logos, graphics, and code — belongs to TPG Mobile or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

8. Limits on Our Liability

TPG Mobile We are not responsible for: network outages beyond our control; data loss; indirect or consequential losses; or any amount more than what you paid for the relevant order.

9. Updates to These Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. The latest version will appear on this page with a new "Revised" date. Continuing to use the service means you accept the changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms follow the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be settled in Singapore's courts.
