Archived Security and Business Continuity Documents
You have reached a page that previously hosted two documents related to business continuity and information security for an earlier TPG Mobile service. Those documents are now retired and no longer available here. This page explains what the files referenced and why you should not treat them as evidence of any current certification, audit result, or compliance status.
What the archived documents referenced
The two files were named with references to international standards:
- ISO 22301:2019 - a standard for business continuity management systems.
- ISO/IEC 27001:2013 - a standard for information security management systems.
These references described material that was associated with a TPG Mobile service that is no longer active. The documents are archived. They are not available for download or inspection on this site.
No current claims are made
You must not treat the archived document names as evidence that TPG Mobile currently holds any certification, has undergone any audit, maintains any scope, or is compliant with any standard or legal requirement. The references are historical only and relate to a prior service arrangement.
TPG Mobile does not claim to own a telecommunications network or to hold a Singapore telecom licence. Nothing on this page should be read as an assertion of any current certification, legal entity status, or regulatory approval.
